• Payment information (processed by Substack’s payment provider — we do not store card details)

• Usage data via cookies and analytics (if Google Analytics is enabled)

How we use it:

• To deliver the newsletter to your inbox

• To process paid subscriptions

• To understand readership patterns and improve the publication

What we don’t do:

• We do not sell your email address or personal data to third parties

• We do not share subscriber lists with advertisers

• We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to BallerzBantz

Third parties:

• Substack processes subscriptions and payments (see Substack’s privacy policy)

• Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data (if enabled)

Your rights:

• You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email

• You can request deletion of your data by emailing joel@ballerzbantz.com

• EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR — contact us to exercise them

Dashboard (stats.ballerzbantz.com):

• The public dashboard collects server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page visited) for security and performance monitoring

• No personal accounts or user data are collected by the dashboard
